Due to a processing error, Dark Horse’s STAR WARS: VISIONARIES TP (JAN050045V) will be shipped to stores on March 16, despite originally being scheduled for later shipping.

This title falls under Lucasfilm’s embargo date for materials related to Star Wars: Episode III—Revenge of the Sith. As a result, it may not be sold or displayed until Saturday, April 2. Retailers MUST hold the Visionaries trade until that date, per 20th Century Fox & Lucasfilm’s licensing agreement.

Diamond and Dark Horse regret the inconvenience, but remind retailers that Dark Horse’s STAR WARS: VISIONARIES TP may NOT be sold or displayed until the embargo is lifted on Saturday, April 2. Until then, retailers are asked to keep the books off of the sales floor and made entirely unavailable to consumers.

Diamond and Dark Horse regret any confusion caused by this error. Retailers with further questions about this announcement should contact their Diamond Customer Service Representative.

Guess that means it’s practically inevitable that scans of the book will be up on LimeWire or eMule by sometime next week the end of the week. =)

My kind of pastor! (0)

R.C. Sproul, Jr.

Dr. R.C. Sproul Jr. is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary, and Grove City College, did graduate studies in English at Ole Miss (”did graduate studies” is code for investing two years and coming out with nothing), and received his D.Min. from Whitefield Theological Seminary. R.C. is the editor of Tabletalk magazine, associate pastor of teaching of Saint Peter Presbyterian Church, and the director of the Highlands Study Center. He has written or edited nine books, and contributed to several others. He once wrote for World magazine, and for the Covenant Syndicate. The important thing is that he is the husband of Denise, and the father of Darby, Campbell, Shannon, Delaney, Erin Claire, and Maili. At the Highlands Study Center, R.C. teaches the Tuesday Night Bible study for the community, most of the Highlands Academy classes, the resident students, and serves as senior editor of Every Thought Captive. When not busy teaching, or playing with the children, or tending to the chickens, he is making homebrew. (Bold emphasis added)

John Piper/WCDR Interview (0)

The only sin that you can make any progress in defeating in your behavior is a forgiven sin. If you turn that around and say, ‘oh, I want to be forgiven; I need to conquer this sin,’ you will be defeated at every turn.
