It is good to see that I am not alone in being totally sickened by the greedy B’s of wall street being bailed out.

Point to think about, Didn’t our founding fathers fight for the right for no taxation without representation? Who here really feels represented? (oh, besides greedy B’s aforementioned)

Take a look at the recent $700 billion Wall Street bailout: both John McCain and Barack Obama endorsed and lobbied for it. Both McCain and Obama will continue to bail out these international banksters on the backs of the American taxpayers. Both McCain and Obama support giving illegal aliens amnesty and a path to citizenship. In the debate this past Tuesday night, both McCain and Obama expressed support for sending U.S. forces around the world for "peacekeeping" purposes. They also expressed support for sending combat forces against foreign countries even if those countries do not pose a threat to the United States. Neither Obama nor McCain will do anything to stem the tide of a burgeoning police state or a mushrooming New World Order. Both Obama and McCain support NAFTA and similar "free trade" deals. Neither candidate will do anything to rid America of the Federal Reserve, or work to eliminate the personal income tax, or disband the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Both Obama and McCain support the United Nations. So, pray tell, how is a vote for either McCain or Obama not a wasted vote?

However, there's something Baldwin didn't mention, which I think is incredibly important: both Obama and McCain support: (a) killing little babies by sucking their brains out with a vacuum hose, and (b) chopping babies up for spare parts.

It doesn’t sound offensive… just… hmm. How would I put this?

I can just as easily say that a vote for anyone but Chuck Baldwin is a vote for Barack Obama. The Republican Party has no true validity—it only has what we attribute to it with our assumptions.

When it comes to every single issue I consider to be important, there is NO difference whatsoever between McCain and Obama.

Travis, it’s not a waste of a vote to vote for the “lesser of two popular evils”. The two “popular evils” are the only candidates with an actual chance to win. By voting 3rd party, you are taking a vote away from someone who has a chance and giving it to someone who doesn’t.
I realize you may be doing this for conscience sake, but think about the numbers and reality. You may be helping get Barack Obama elected.

Just my thoughts.. I hope this doesn’t sound offensive. I certainly don’t mean it that way.

I wholly agree! That’s why I’m so insistent on voting 3rd party; neither the Republicans nor the Democrats are hearing my voice. I voted Constitution Party on ’04, and I’ll be voting CP again in ’08. (Actually, I probably would have voted Libertarian if they hadn’t gone and picked Bob Barr.)

The only way you can waste your vote is to vote for the lesser of two popular evils.

A few friends have sent me this video. Very well done with such a great point. Regardless of your political point of view it is important to get out there and have your voice heard. Stand up and be counted. We have fought too hard to obtain the right to vote to let is be taken so lightly. Now i will gently get off of my soapbox
