WordPress 2.5: Smooth as Buttah!

Now Using WordPress 2.5

Well, I’ve taken the plunge.

I backed up my database, disabled my plugins and upgraded to WordPress 2.5. With almost zero trouble, I was up and running—and let me tell ya, I like it!

I’m going to give the new admin interface the benefit of the doubt, but I have Fluency, a new Admin Theme on standby in case I get tired of the softer tones. ;)

    Howdy.. I was tempted to write a spam-looking comment based on your prior post. I LOVE those e-mails… I get them too- always have to read them out loud to my wife. Mostly these days I get trackback spam. I probably should just disable trackbacks, but I always hope someone will write something intelligent about one of my posts.

    Anyhow, I recently installed wordpress 2.5 and saw your blog on blogtimore — felt obligated to drop on by. Very nice layout you have here.

    My friend and I run a site out of catonsville, MD - basically on the renovations of our two homes. I’ll grab your feed and drop by again soon. Also, not sure if you’d be interested, but another friend in Scotland writes about theology (he’s a masters candidate at edinborough (sp?) .. anyhow, he’s at stupidscholar.blogspot.com.
