techtrack.gov? Is this a PATRIOT Act thing?

I was looking through my server logs, and I found an entry for a visit from “techtrack.gov”: but nothing I try yields any info as to what that site might be. Is it a header spoof, or are the Feds keeping an eye out on me? ;)

    …which begs the question, “why is the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force keeping tabs on a blog written by a guy who was born and raised in Maryland/Pennsylvania?” I mean, I’m not a terrorist, but I’m definitely not a foreigner! :razz:

    Silly federal government, wasting time and money on dead ends… if I weren’t paying their bills, it’d be something to laugh about. :neutral:
